We recently held a photoshoot at our Westlakes Science Park HQ to capture our remarkable journey, growth, expansion and newly formed strategic partnerships with ProjectCX and CXControls.
At MissionCX, we are approaching our 9-year anniversary milestone! There has been a steady growth over this period, but more recently a more rapid organic growth has been experienced in terms of turnover, teams deployed on client projects, and recruitment of new operations team members to support this growth. This growth is attributable to the hard work and dedication of our senior management and operations team, who keep the business running efficiently, and our commissioning teams deployed on major mission critical nuclear and defence projects of national importance, across the UK and Europe. We have built trust with our clients over this 9-year period and we are very proud of what we have achieved.
In addition, we have extended our already exemplary award-winning social impact activity to include the support of start-up companies. By taking complementary start-ups under our wing, MissionCX are positively contributing to the socio-economic landscape of West Cumbria, its people and communities, whilst also offering a seamless, world-leading set of complementary end to end services to ensure that plants run through their lifecycle as compliantly, risk free and time and cost effectively as possible. This is a unique and new approach that will be a breath of fresh air to many of the highly regulated industries and their supply chains, for whom this seamless approach has historically been a problem, often causing project delays and costing financially and reputationally.
