Our Pledge
As a business, we actively contribute 1% of our time, profits and shares through the MissionCX charitable fund, working in partnership with the Cumbria Community Foundation to support local causes within the community.
Our Acorn Fund supports any charitable purposes for the relief of poverty, the advancement of education (including training for employment or work), the protection or promotion of good health, both physical and mental, and for any other charitable purpose for the benefit of the local community and beyond.

We are committed to ensuring that all company SSHE objectives are met, with the primary focus being the health and safety of our employees and those affected by our work. Our Integrated Management System is the cornerstone of the management of all SSHE aspects across the business which is enhanced by strong leadership throughout and underpinned by our ISO9001:2015 accreditation.
We strive to continuously improve processes and procedures by embedding a culture that aligns to our vision and philosophy.
- Security – ensuring that all security aspects are managed in line with government guidelines, regulatory, client requirements and ISO27001 compliant procedures. We are Cyber Essentials Plus certified.
- Safety – upholding our zero accident policy and embedding a positive safety culture throughout the business. We are a corporate member of Rospa.
- Health – the health and welfare of our employees is paramount. We care for our employees and continually support their well-being, operating under ISO45001 accredited procedures to ensure all requirements are met.
- Environment – we embrace technological advances for greener, leaner and more sustainable delivery. We are committed to minimising any negative impact on the environment and to providing sustainable solutions. This is demonstrated by our ISO14001 accredited procedures.
