At MissionCX, we are creating a culture of mental and physical wellbeing by embedding health and wellness at the heart of our business strategy, because our people are our greatest asset, and we recognise that a healthy, happy and committed workforce is vital to our business success.
We have a mental health and wellness programme for all our employees, which provides ongoing support and coaching, as well as a number of events and 1 to 1 activities planned over the course of the year, to make sure we have a strong, happy and healthy workforce – a top priority for MissionCX Founder and Director Ben Slater.
World Mental Health Day is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma, which is marked every year on 10th October. The day is set by the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries. The day aims to raise awareness about mental health conditions and to mobilise efforts to support those experiencing mental health issues. Every year we pay it due respect. Many of us have had struggles with mental health and its important we stand strong and united on this and help and support each other.
We have a fantastic wellbeing programme led by RX4 David Barnes who we appointed as our wellbeing coach in 2022. We have seen some wonderful benefits to our employees and our organisation as a whole and we are truly blessed and grateful.
If anybody is struggling, colleagues, suppliers, clients, employees, our commissioning teams out working on projects, we encourage them to get in touch, our door is always open and Dave Barnes of Rx4 is on hand to offer help and support.
