At MissionCX, we believe in developing the next generation of business operations and commissioning professionals through structured knowledge transfer, real-world experience, and hands-on learning opportunities. That’s why we’re excited to officially launch the MissionCX Pathfinder Programme—a structured skills development initiative designed to support both our current workforce and future talent. We will be releasing more information on this very soon!
Welcoming Our First Digital T-Level Students
As part of the Pathfinder Programme, we are proud to welcome Thomas, Ahmed, and Sam, first-year Digital T-Level students from @Lakes College, who will be working with us throughout the remainder of their studies. These students will gain hands-on experience in real-time IT support, digital process improvements, and AI-driven solutions—helping streamline our business operations while learning critical industry skills.
Mark Cant, Senior Operations Manager, commented on the importance of businesses engaging with T-Level students:
“There’s few excuses for companies not to support T-Level students, especially digital students in an age where remote system access and hybrid working arrangements enable this type of work experience.”
Why the MissionCX Pathfinder Programme?
The MissionCX Pathfinder Programme is about more than just work experience—it’s about creating a sustainable talent pipeline that supports both our business and the wider industry. We provide opportunities at all levels, from early careers and apprenticeships to leadership development and professional upskilling for our existing team.
Although MissionCX is a small business, we are invested in our communities, our future talent, and the continued success of commissioning as a profession. By integrating education with industry, we ensure that knowledge is transferred from our experts to the next generation—building a skilled, resilient, and future-ready workforce.
Stay tuned for more updates as we expand the MissionCX Pathfinder Programme and continue to drive innovation, learning, and career development in commissioning
