Welcoming Shelby Hawkins to the MissionCX Resourcing Team
We are thrilled to introduce Shelby Hawkins as the newest member of the MissionCX family! Shelby brings with her a wealth of experience, a passion for helping others, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the community. We are confident that her background and enthusiasm will make her a fantastic addition to our growing team.
A Little About Shelby
Shelby’s career journey has been diverse and impressive, ranging from senior recruitment resourcer roles to business account management, all the way through to education and sports science. Her professional path has always been driven by her passion for helping people and making a difference, very much aligned with our core values at MissionCX.
Most recently, Shelby worked as a Senior Recruitment Resourcer at Rullion Recruitment, where she excelled in sourcing talent, building relationships, and matching candidates to opportunities within the nuclear sector. She is excited to bring her skills in candidate management, and a keen understanding of local industries, particularly the nuclear and engineering sectors to MissionCX.
Before diving into recruitment, Shelby held a Business Account Manager role at Lakes College West Cumbria, where she built long-term client relationships and supported businesses through various apprenticeships and training opportunities, something we are also very passionate about at MissionCX. Her love for connecting with people and delivering value to both clients and candidates has always been at the heart of her work.
What Shelby Will Be Doing at MissionCX
In her new role with us, Shelby will focus on supporting our resourcing efforts, using her extensive background in managing client relationships, understanding workforce needs, and sourcing top talent in the nuclear and engineering sectors. Her positive attitude, organisational skills, and deep commitment to excellence will play a critical role in helping MissionCX continue to grow and succeed.
Outside of Work
Shelby is an active member of the Copland and Allerdale Netball Leagues, and also serves as the Venue and Fixtures Secretary, reflecting her strong organisational skills and community involvement. This passion for sport and teamwork clearly shines through in her professional life as well. We are incredibly excited to see the impact Shelby will make as part of our team and know she will contribute to the success of MissionCX’s ongoing projects.
Please join us in giving Shelby a very warm welcome!
