Today, we’re excited to welcome Ahmed, Sam, and Thomas, three Digital T-Level students from Lakes College West Cumbria, who join us for a year-long industry placement with MissionCX. As part of their Digital T-Level qualification, the students will be completing 315 hours of structured industry experience—and we’re proud to provide the environment where they can gain valuable, real-world insight.
Over the next twelve months, they’ll be getting hands-on with key business support activities, including:
📊 Collating and formatting data to support decision-making across the organisation
💻 Providing infrastructure support, helping set up systems, and solving user true to life issues to keep our operations running smoothly
🧑💼 Delivering user support—whether in person, over the phone, or online—to help staff navigate systems and stay productive
We’re thrilled to be part of their early career journey, whether they go on to university, further training, or (who knows?) even become Digital Apprentices with MissionCX in the future.
