We’re thrilled to celebrate Keisha’s achievement as she officially joins our MissionCX team after successfully completing her probation! As a Resourcer, Keisha has been instrumental in sourcing top commissioning talent for our project teams across the UK and Europe. Working alongside Anne Tomlinson and Shelby Hawkins and under the expert guidance of Victoria De La Rossa, she has truly become an invaluable asset to our busy team.

With her strong background in administration and project management, Keisha has quickly adapted to the pace and demands of our industry. Her skills in data management, organization, and relationship-building have helped her thrive, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to her role.

1. What’s been the most rewarding part of your journey at MissionCX so far?
“The most rewarding part has been stepping into this role with no prior experience in resourcing and being welcomed with open arms by my team. I’ve learned so much valuable information from them and am incredibly grateful for their patience, support, and the friendships we’ve built along the way.”

2. If you could describe the MissionCX team culture in three words, what would they be?
“Welcoming, Supportive, and Hilarious!”

3. What project or challenge at MissionCX has taught you the most?
“The cross-functional training when I first joined was eye-opening. I worked between resourcing and commercial, which not only boosted my time management skills but also helped me truly feel like part of the team.”

4. What’s one skill you’ve gained or strengthened since joining MissionCX?
“Does confidence count as a skill? Since joining MissionCX, my confidence in the workplace has soared. The supportive environment here has helped me ask questions without hesitation, learn constantly, and truly grow. I can’t imagine feeling this way without such an encouraging atmosphere!”

5. What MissionCX core value resonates the most with you, and why?
“Unity speaks to me the most. I’m naturally bubbly and love working with everyone in the office. Being in a close-knit, small team allows me to flourish and, yes, ask my 101 questions a day!”

“‘Getting Started’ by Sam Fender!”

2. If you had to pick one superpower to use on the job, what would it be?
“I’d love to read minds—I’m always curious about what people are thinking!”

3. Coffee, tea, or…? What keeps you energized during the day? ☕️
“Red Bull! (I get plenty of comments from the team about how bad this is for me though!)”

4. Who’s your biggest work inspiration (real or fictional)?
“No answer yet… I’m still working on that one!”

5. If you could bring one hobby or personal interest into MissionCX, what would it be?
“I love to cook and bake, so I sneak it into the office by asking everyone what they’re having for dinner—about ten times a day!”
